Choose the club that’s perfect for you!!  With each type of club you will enjoy a regular release of our wine for your cellar and enjoyment.  You will also enjoy complimentary tastings and VIP treatment at our winery for you and your guests.

Wine Club Terms & Conditions

Terms and conditions apply to all B E Wine Clubs and club members. You agree to these terms when you sign up to be a wine club member.

• By joining one of B E Winery’s wine clubs, you certify that you are, or the recipient of this gift is (if appropriate), at least 21 years of age.
• You agree that you will recieve your club releases in accordance with the Winery’s schedule for the club that you have joined.
• Your club membership provides you with the opportunity to customize your club allocation, and that customization must be done prior to billing.  Any changes to wine selection after billing will result in a 10% restocking fee for refunded wine selections.
• You authorize B E Winery to keep your credit card information on file, and agree that your credit card will be charged automatically in advance of each allocation. B E Winery is not responsible for overdraft fees.
• You agree to and understand that all memberships are for a minimum of one year, and the tradtional clubs have four (4) club releases annually.
• Cancellation of membership prior to receiving four (4) club releases will result in retroactive billing for all discounts received, including any waived tasting fees or complimentary tastings or glasses of wine.
• Cancellation notices must be received in writing at least 30 days prior to the next scheduled club release.
• You understand and accept that pricing is subject to change and that your club benefits include special pricing and discounts.
• In order to ensure that you recieve the wine you were billed for, you agree to and understand that you have a 30 day window from billing processing in which to pick up your wine at the main winery. After that time, your wine will automatically be shipped to the address on file.  The cost of shipping will vary depending upon your club membership, and you authorize B E Winery to bill your card on file for shipping costs.  You will receive at least one email reminder to stop in to the main winery (during normal posted business hours) before your wine is shipped.
• During summer months, in leiu of shipping and to preserve the quality of the wine, your wine may be stored on-site in a secure wine locker at a cost of $15/month per locker (billed to the credit card on file), depending upon locker availability and the size of your club allocation.  Monthly locker rental is billed automatically and is not pro-rated.
• You are responsible for any shipping, return and re-shipping costs regardless of reason for such actions.

Legal Requirements

You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from B E Winery. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of an adult. Wines purchased from B E Winery  are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.

Credit Card Charges

Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Minimum Purchase

No minimum purchase is required.

States Authorized for Direct Shipment

We ship to a limited number of states based on shipping laws and limitations. Any purchases made when the customer is not on-premise at time of purchase (i.e. wine clubs, online, etc.) will be fulfilled and shipped from B E Winery to Texas shipping addresses and non-Texas shipping addresses in states we are permitted to ship. We cannot ship to a P.O. box, and strongly suggest using a business address for shipping.

Shipping Costs

FedEx is B E Winery’s carrier of choice. Ground shipping is provided by FedEx at current market rates. *Note – If the customer selects another shipping carrier, the customer pays all shipping charges, regardless of his or her wine club membership or purchase amount.

Any fees due to returns (est.$46), incorrect address (est.$20) or change in address after shipping (est.$20) will be paid by customer.

Wine is a Delicate Commodity

Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. B E Winery is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
